People on Reddit were saying that Loreal concealer makes their eyes burn too! Weird because when it first came out the initial reviews were good and people said it was a really good concealer for no makeup makeup, and that’s why I wanted to try it. But recently people are saying it burns...I wonder if they changed the formula or if something in it started reacting after being on the shelves for awhile.
Yeah I'm really thinking now it might be that some of the ingredients just don't play nicely with each other after a certain period of time, which would explain why beauty gurus (who might have had it for awhile before trying it, or got it from the store after it's been sitting on shelves for a bit) are suddenly saying it burns. Especially since this concealer's formula is a bit different from the usual thicker/full coverage concealer. Loreal really should address the issue though, this can potentially be a huge lawsuit for them if enough people have the problem!!
єllу My eyes have gotten dry, scaly, red and itchy from using the L'Oréal concealer. I've never had dry eye lid problems before using this. I am still trying to restore my lids 😫

It has alcohol as one of the main ingredients which makes since because the foundation in the same line is an alcohol-based foundation. This type of alcohol in this amount is very inflammatory and damaging and penetrates deep into the skin so it would be felt more when used around the eyes as well
I just commented about Casey Holmes, Stephanie Leda, and Jaclyn Hill ALL having this issue (and now Taylor too!). I wish they could have changed the formula so there's no alcohol or WAYYYYY less!

A friend of mine had a Mary Kay lotion eat a huge hole in her hand from a bad reaction. She sued them and won if that says anything about guilt!! So, yeah, the eye isn't anything to f with!

I DID read them and still commented about it. Because...I want to make SURE ppl see it and not buy it and potentially have a horrid reaction on their EYES!! A friend of mine had a Mary Kay lotion eat a huge hole in her hand from a bad reaction. She sued them and won if that says anything about guilt!! So, yeah, the eye isn't anything to f with!
Because maybe not everyone sits & reads comments.
