doesn't seem to be working on single player. maybe they changed it. also can't get phoenix tears tradeable at hospital. Ok got the surgery adjusted, had to fully shut down game instead of just quitting single player like usual. PT not seeming to come up still.
Not exactly, but you can go to Medical trader and change characters, so you could change to him, suicide a few times and put his gear in storage, then change back to another character. But that will be pretty costly.

Can we spawn as a normal character but still get his gear?
