Had the chance to try some best bites during our staycation in Costa Mesa. The food court at Matsama marketplace was on top of our favorites. The court offers Japanese cuisines and grilled BBQ beef tongue is one-off the best. First time tasting Cali Burger from Softies and we are sold. Succulent burgers topped with onion jam on soft brioche. Hanaman Thai Eatery was worth the long wait for delicious upscale Thai fusion. The steak/shrimp burrito with crunchy chips and salsa ended our culinary journey.
