- The next Dark and Darker playtest is finally here and with it comes a lot of changes! One of them being that they DIDN'T nerf the barb lol. Sit back and watch us small some skulls in with the barb.

Barbarian with any teammate: literally op. Solo: still op but any range combat equals run or die

I only play barb and I'm telling you bro, when you're not fighting you gotta press x and put away your axe. Watching you run around so slow killed me lol. It doesn't take long to unsheathe the axe
I do put my axe away most of the time. Or I just run with protection pot out.
i usually keep weps out when walking around because one time i was walking with my hands out and 3 rogues were stealthed and came out and stabbed me down before i could even pull out my weps and get a swing off

When u play 3 full geared it's normal to decimate lobby if u know how to play

Just make felling axe base kit as this is the best melee weapon of the game
Oh god, barb may be too broken if they did that.
rouge and barb the two most broken classes in the game with minimal counter at all to the point where leaders boards are rouge or barb only for 20-30 people.
@@yulfine1688 Yupp, I’d love to see them slightly nerf the barb. Even though I main him I think he could do with a slight nerf that still makes him good and playable but more balanced.
@@Frantikplays the game is in beta so at least with the current patch its not as bad as when it first launched or first patch.
But wizard can be strong only in parties really and clerics need a buff as well. Fighters I think are sitting in a pretty alright spot overall and don't seem to op or too weak though they're not the best in many parties without having the all weapon perk equipped since range combat is very high or high movement which is a slight issue needing some tuning.
Ranger is definitely lack luster and very gear dependent to be strong at all, they do well in groups more than solo.
@@yulfine1688 that’s very true. I honestly like the current balance they have going on. I think some minor tweaks here and there and everything should be pretty balanced. Ranger was definitely broken two playtests ago and I think they may have overnerfed it a tad bit.
Surprised he wasnt nerfed? Lol last playtest he was the only D/F tier class 🤣😂

fun I main the barb but my problem is that when i fight a archer i cant catch up
Somekindadog figured out if you jump as you swing you negate the movement penalty of swinging. Also use Francisca axes. They have slow people when hit with them. So throw them at rangers running away

Can’t play high rollers at the moment due to cheaters.
How do you deal with a good rouge as a barb or deal with a mirror match I find myself being to slow
Duel wield Hatchet and horse axe as your secondary weapon
if u jump right before to close distance u can click and swing just as u jump. it negates the movement penalty and ur right in their face, lvl up.
