I've got no clue. It would just come down to personal preference. Have a play around with them all and see which one you prefer more. You might not really even notice much of a difference between them
The PvP servers are currently only on the Public testing branch (PTB) The main version of the game only has Build servers right now but they might swap over again
Recently on testing Branch they updated the FOV when aimed in with a weapon making it more zoomed in. There isn't really anything you could do about it. If you haven't already put your FOV to 90.

Why do I play on the PS5 and there is no way to aim at the time of diaparo, whatever weapon it is, it doesn't stay fixed, I've looked at all the tutorials on TH-cam for various players and everything, Cronus Zen and this device that makes the aim stay still

Totally agree with that I play a lot of r6 and have great sens but rust it’s almost impossible to find good sens

Yeah that's playable. You might notice a little bit of delay but it should be ok
It is playable indeed but it can fuck you up sometimes. My internet tends to slow down once in a while and sometimes it causes invalid hits

Currently only on PTB. They might swap around with the build servers on the main game soon
