I seriously think Akuma's low health prevents him from being a top tier character. It should be increased to 950. Akuma has always been a somewhat broken character and keeping up with the tradition his health should be increased. At his current state I'd say he's high mid tier or very, very bottom end of high tier. Kimberly player here btw.....just saying!
It's laughable when he gets command grabbed by gief and loses half his health bar
Part of his tradition is low health. He has had low health and low stun since SF3. He's a good character. He doesn't need to be the best character.

It's a fair tradeoff, he is the glass canon and I don't think we can have such a character with high damage potential if he wasn't for his low health. It's less of a character issue and more of a player issue. You picked Akuma you know what you're in for.
