Hlo congratulations for ur visa. I am going to rice University with an RA position which will waived my tuition fees and health insurance and I'll get monthly RA stipend so do I need to show any financial documents during visa or how it going to impact on visa interviewer?
On an F-1 visa, you typically need to show proof of financial ability to cover your living expenses, even if your tuition is waived and you have an RA position. The U.S. embassy or consulate may still want to ensure that you have the means to support yourself during your stay. If you have a formal letter from Rice University specifying the details of your RA position, including the tuition waiver, health insurance coverage, and stipend, it's a good idea to bring that letter with you to the visa interview. This can serve as evidence of your financial support and the terms of your position.
What financial documents we can show..like loan sanction letter and what other can you clarify it. Did they ask to show the financial statements?

They didn’t ask me to show any financial proofs. It all depends on the visa officer But I believe loan sanction letter is enough if they ask for the proof. I suggest you to carry all the possible documents available with you to prove that you can support or sponsor your education and living expenses. Be confident that’s what really matters in the end. Hi. I have one question. Suppose i filled Delhi as my location while filling out DS-160. Can I schedule my appointments in some other city? Because slots aren't opening up in Delhi currently. Or you think I should wait for bulk slots and choose Delhi itself.
Yes, you can schedule your appointment at any location regardless of the location you chose while filling out the DS-160 form.

They never ask this question. They simply reject it and return your passport. Don’t take stress.
