    Also, a lot of Upstate talent is at the D1 and NBA level. So, the talent is statewide.

    Good video. However, let’s be honest: NYC hoops is definitely different. Still hold CK in high regard, but players Lamar Odom, Erick Barkley, Omar Cook & Speedy might look to play their ball at prep schools and out of town powerhouses like Montverde & IMG. The exodus of talent has taken a toll on schools like Rice & St. Pats. Lmk if you think differently.
    Also, how do you get Joe Vitale from Joe Arbitello? Dude said his name loud and clear.

      Rice & St. Pat’s aren’t around anymore, unless you are saying they closed because of those newer prep schools.

      @ Exactly. I know funding has much to do with school closings, but I would also say there is a connection between elite NYC talent leaving town and the decline/disappearance of these great basketball schools.
