  • Today, I'm introducing how to make Sushi rolls and points where you can see the craftsmanship.
    I think the important things for making Sushi rolls are 5 ways.
    ①You can spread the sushi rice evenly as quickly as possible!!
    ②Don't crush the rice grains.
    ③You can cut it to an even height.
    ④Ingredients are not sticking out.
    ⑤Don’t put in too many ingredients.
    It is difficult to do all of them perfectly, but I will continue to do my best!

    I wonder about the different brands of nori that are available, are there some brands that you recommend? Hopefully I can find them in Canada 😊

      Well...In Japan, Yamamoto Noriten is popular. I often hear that brand!!
      But, as for my thoughts on Nori brand, I highly recommend Kuboi Noriten. Very very famous expensive sushi restaurants in Japan even use this brand of Nori. Unfortunatelly, I think it might be difficult to buy the Nori of this brand from overseas. So In the very distant future, If I could, I'd like to set up an online store and send them to you🤣hehe
