Strongly says no, this society is not good for any purpose, back-up light issues, water issues, lift issues ( A case is already going here for lift broke down from the 7th floor) , maintenance services are too poor, no extra facilities, there are many more complaints so as a friend i never recommended you to staying in this society...... Yours question 1-: yes security guards are limited 2-: lift working.......can't say anything......sometimes it's worked and sometimes it's not for a week
