No wonder, they’re an oil and natural gas based economy. Within such a small space as Monaco is you’ll be lucky to get anything fresh wafting in through your window ever. I have yet to see an example of these rich banking communities admitting to funding the insurance of illegal forms of trade that poison children to death via the air we breathe. 🥸

Very accurate and with most of necessary details. I can confirm it being a resident for almost 5 years now. Just to add something. If you have a property in France generating a rental profit or if you have any kind of business in your country of origin and spent there more than 183 days per year and you spent in Monaco a required 3 months only , you will face troubles to remain a person with no personal income tax which is one the main attractions in Monaco. French tax authorities will ask you to present so called Cerificat de residence pour raisons fiscales. This is a document which will help yourself not to be considered as tax resident in France which is very painful if we look at the level of taxes. You still must pay taxes on your rental income to french tax office but they will not consider you as french tax resident for ALL OTHER INCOME you have. But if you apply for for such a certificate Surete Publique will ask to prove that you spent more than 6 months in the Pricipality. And be ready to prove it. Otherwise the certificate will not be issued. Why this is important to know? Because you need to understand what and how you gonna do AFTER you get your resident permit.

With certainty, your client base was established long before Y.T. :) However, with such a professional history of "partnership referrals" as you and your colleagues possess, the grander matter for me to consider is your "personal strength". We grew up in what is irrefutably the single wealthiest and most expensive Jewish suburb in the U.S. We are fully aware of how some and only some people with uncountable assets can behave and worse yet.....what their 'motives" often are. :) We know OF someone who use to be socially connect to the R.F. They would never do it again.:)
I state as an ethical and "high compliment" to you...that I am envious and jealous of you and your colleagues from a personal perspective.... because I would NEVER possess the "Psychiatric Stamina" required to contend with such a client base. :) I so envy your 'social strength". :)
    Best to you. ;)

Well, guys! I know it's going to be hard to believe, but I did receive an email from
His Serene Highness Albert II, Sovereign Prince of Monaco.
    UNSOLICITED email!
I just made a comment a long time ago - during the Monaco Grand Prix - about the fact the sideview mirror on a Pagani costs more than my car and he commented by saying that it is important to make donations to charities.
I replied that I do make small donations but I am on a pension and it is only morsels compared to HIs wealth.
Never did get a reply! (Later on I read that there is a lady screening all the incoming emails and forwards only a selected few.)
    C'est la vie!

As far as I know you better have 500 Euro as daily pocket money. Ok, if you rented a small apartment for 4000/month and eat frozen pizza maybe not. Dont know if its still the same today as it was a long time ago. There was a gold digger each and every corner (more or less) and the model agencies in Paris and Milano told their girls: If you cant make a career on stage, try your luck finding a millionaire in Monte Carlo...
