Another awesome podcast Jerry. The bonus tracks that Bon Jovi do are epic. Unbreakable from Have a Nice Day and Lonely from Lost Highway are probably my favourites. I Will Drive You Home is also terrific. Thank you for sharing this with the fans who love the lyrics and music .
Prime example of Jon's maddening tendency to often leave some of his best songs off albums. I Will Drive You Home and Touch of Grey are among his all-time best, IMO. Drives me crazy that I can only listen to them from my Target cd or TH-cam. A lot of people just refuse to accept a Sambora-less Bon Jovi. I also think he was certainly key. Great guitarist without being flashy. Often subtle is more powerful than monster licks. He understood that. Great collaborator in writing songs too. But I'd rather listen to solo Jon songs than solo Richie songs. I also roll my eyes whenever people say Richie's the better vocalist. He's just not. Not in my opinion anyway.
Jon’s never been the best with what made an album and what didn’t. To be fair, I’m sure it’s a tough spot to choose. I’ll always Richie, but also love the post-Richie era. Sadly people don’t accept it. But fans like you and I do

Thanks buddy for watching! This podcast is so much fun to do.
Unbreakable was a really good outtake. Would’ve fit the theme for the album.
It's a great song and a great review!
