So here for what you said about when the pendulum swings from one side fully to the other. I find there to be a lot of extremes in the community (not just this one, of course) where it's like whip lash or either or thinking with no grey areas. It's a little much. Lmfao, I am totally studying a deck atm (won't bore you with what that looks like for me) so I totally cackled at this bit, but ironically I also read most decks the way I read. So I can see that too. Loved hearing your anti bucketlist. I hope the deck rotation plan is one you enjoy again too.
"No depth years for me cuz I'm already deep AF" 😆👏🏼I love that you love where your practice currently is. I feel the same way after last year's Thoth study. Enjoyed this VR 😘
That Thoth book is probably the only tarot book I don’t own 😂 I have followed some of LMD’s work though. Thanks for mentioning it. I love tarot books but they have to offer something new for me to really like it. I rarely buy new tarot books unless it’s about the history or focused on a certain aspect of reading. I appreciate your point of view about the Depth Year. I think Depth years mean something different to everyone. For me it was about using what I own more and reading. The elitism and virtue signaling always existed. It just took a different form 😂 It’s nice to hear your perspectives and how you are progressing. Stay well ☘️ Depth years were good for people who wanted to curb spending. I did a depth year without getting rid of one deck.
I was happy to see London sitting on your bookshelf. I agree with creators who know their are going Mass market, but still put the deck on kickstarter, making the kickstarter bakers wait longer.❤️
Just had fun watching this with a late night cuppa ☕️ 😊 got me thinking.... I really understand the buying habits...I tend to go through phases of buying a particular thing or I'll just suddenly become seriously fixated on a theme or topic and buy random sh*t associated with it 😂 on the Tarot front, I need to get back to more mindful purchases...I've not been too bad but a few useless purchases slipped through the net 😬
Agree with Kickstarter to me I thought it was meant for underdogs to have a voice and off down the road they get a deal awesome but if you can do it mass market then do that. I already left a comment about my feelings on a certain deck but I don’t even look at Kickstarter anymore as it’s just doesn’t seem special anymore
I've been waiting for you to do this tag Levi 😂 and so agree with the Kickstarter / is it going MM deal. Which is a shame, because there are still many mini creators who benefit from this platform. Tarot books ...... there is always room for a well written tarot book that has a different take - I spot Tarot of the Spirit book on your shelf, this is my absolute fav! So agree about buying RWS decks until I dont lol ie soooo wanting Fyodor Pavlov ....but not at that price🤣
I saw no one’s 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 but your video 😂😂😂 😮😮😮😮😮 I’m at the major decluttering. No shade, but it is truly cause I had so many oracle decks and now I understand tarot more. I’m just clearing out cause I don’t use the decks. I want a new shiny deck once my shelf is clean 😂😂😂😂. I don’t really care what anyone is doing but what I own 😂😂😂
You are so cute. I love watching you and I love your laugh. This was fun and interesting to watch! I find it interesting when someone says they are studying a deck or that their tarot group are studying a certain deck. The only deck I have ever studied was the Rider Waite 😂 like most. Love you bitttccchhhhh ❤❤❤❤❤
Enjoyed this a lot and agree with a few things too!
Omg so agree with the Kickstarter "exclusivity" aspect and many things you said in this video, thanks !

“ I’m not doing any depth years because I’m already deep as fuck” 😂 Word! 👌
Yup!

yeah, once one comes to find one's own way of reading, all the books become superfluous.
We could study all the liminal 11 decks and come to the conclusion that they are all shite. Oh sorry, we already know that part.
Love this Levi ❤

London!!!! Always by my side!
Thanks! I enjoyed this and your videos

They’re such a waste of paper
