If saturn is aspecting other planets then it could affect those as well. You’d want more gains than losses, so I’d double check ur saturn aspects for neelam
I am Gemini. Jupiter is in 1st house, i wore yello sapphire for some time. It helped me to come out from negetivity. I am planning to wear it again as previous one was not mine. As per your opinion it's not benefic for me. But I have moon Saturn conjunction in 7th house whose lord is Jupiter. I am unmarried till now, should I wear it again or not. I think he was considering the relationship of mercury and the sun and since the dynamic between the two are good and thus it is favourable for a gemini to wear a ruby. His recommendation has nothing to do with house placements... This gemstone analysis is way more generic. I hope I have spoken with good understanding and please forgive for my own ignorance.

I too am a Gemini with Magha Moon and 4 (Ra Ju Me Su) planets in 12th Rohini. Stellium in Taurus is excellent. You will settle in a foreign land!
