It is extremely important for Australia to develop it’s missile defence capability for possible Chinese missile attacks, however with the current manpower Australia won’t be able to fight against millions of Chinese soldiers when they would invade. Additionally, we should allow Americans to deploy defence missiles like THAAD in Australia just like South Korea did. Our Hobart class Aegis destroyers must have capabilities to operate SM-3 missiles as part of missile defence system.

No you got it wrong The M113AS4 will be decommissioned and only 1 battalion will be eqwiped with 129 new IFV. So other 2 battalion will be shifted to other areas in defence probably to the RAA operating the HIMARS
