Isn’t it strange how there’s something over their eyes that shuts down the truth of T’s danger to the world? I live in Texas with my daughter who has put out a Harris Walz yard sign but also had a giant American flag installed on our house. The blind side does not get to keep our flag from us, our patriotism. I like that she did this, but I admit to being scared too.😢
Yes, families are divided. My college educated, highly successful financially sister and her hubby, life long democrats, became republican trumpers his first run. Even though she and I have agreed to not talk our differences, she will voice her fears if Harris wins. And her hubby does as he will. His home, his rules. She lives 1200 miles from me, so when I visit I stay with them a week or so. Her health is bad, I want to go visit, and just have to wait until after the election. It is just so sad. (Add in my work as a channel/medium/healer, long veganism, and Faith believe and you get interesting dynamics. The best things was when my 10 year old great niece, my sister8s granddaughter, asked me at the dinner table if I can teach her how to talk to angels! Her mom, my niece, said sure. The young one and I had a great 45 minutes! Simple pleasures.) thanks all! PS I am also the poor educator! Lol

To anyone who lives in the state of Florida, check your registration status. A friend of almost 30 years who has been registered for 20+ years in Florida was purged. She was republican. It doesnt matter if your republican of democrat, please check your voter registration.

I’m a Texas voter. I’ve been keeping an eye on my registration since I’m now an overseas voter. I received an email Friday that my ballot was ready to download, but when I clicked the button and entered my information it said “no such voter.” I flew into a rage and emailed the county voter registrar and by 9am Saturday morning, my ballot was there. Tomorrow I will take my completed ballot to the United States Consulate in my city and they will courier it to the US and mail it for me.

I had a similar experience when my last grandson was born 20 years ago. My husband died in 1991 at the age of 51. While my daughter was being attended to by nurses, I was cradling and dancing with my newborn grandson to a Stevie Wonder song on my daughter’s playlist. I just saw a clip from MSNBC in which two wise, experienced veteran political analysts (not Pollyannas by any means) declared that Kamala would win NC, FL, and GA! In fact, they are predicting MORE of a turnout and landslide than Obama had in 2008 and 2012. And this despite all the skulduggery from the GOP trying to disenfranchise voters.
The other more profound concern, though, beyond the scope of this current political battle, is that the U.S. is going through some major spiritual "growing pains." We must shift fully into the consciousness that we are a multicultural nation. Full stop. I am ashamed to realize how many Americans STILL can't accept that and STILL cling to the utterly outdated idea of a "white" nation. I keep thinking that CAN'T be true, but given the number of people still wearing the MAGA hats, I must reluctantly accept that our enlightenment is still on the slow track.
I am in NC now and thankfully there are people from all over the world here. But I really miss California where it is more pronounced.

Great. If anyone working at the polls tries to turn you away for any reason, demand to use a provisional ballot. A provisional ballot allows you to correct most things that would deny you the right to vote. A provisional ballot is a right.
That is good information to know. We live in a State that has all elections by mail in ballots. We do not trust the US Postal Service to deliver our ballots on time or to deliver them at all. . if you vote by mail, take your ballot to a secure drop box, one that is monitored, & located in a well lighted area. During the last Presidential election, there were stories on the news that drop boxes in isolated locations had been vandalized ..
Do everything you can to get a regular ballot. Provisionals are often not counted per Marc Elias and Greg Palast. Check your registration, vote in person - especially if early voting is available, try to avoid mailing since Postmaster DeJoy will muck it up, and let's win this thing.

Today is the one year anniversary of my Brother in law. I’ve been thinking about him all day. 💙
1 year mark is a tough one. Not that all aren't. First week's, then months and after a year it becomes yearly marking passing. I am so sorry for your families loss. It does get easier around year 3. Those memories that rip your heart out bring you tears will then warm your heart. I am so thankful, so very thankful I have my memories of my parents and siblings who have gone before me.
My grown sons ask me what I want as gifts on moms day, bday, Christmas I tell them to make a memory with you.

GRATITUDE is such an appropriate word for me for this upcoming week. I'm a Scorpio. I've been struggling with finding empathy for my ex-husband, father of my children, health problems. He has been an absolute grouch to our adult children and that made me angry. I finally concluded that rather than being upset with him, I can pray for him to be grateful that they are trying to help him, regardless of his attitude.

As an empath, I am having great difficulty with the trauma we continue to experience as a result of Trump. I feel myself withdrawing, as the energy has become so threatening. Hoping Mark Elias, and a team of Constitutional Legal Scholars, along with our DOJ, are much better prepared (than in 2020) in preventing many nafarious intentions in this election. Appreciate all the ways you give to this spiritual community.

I feel you being an HSP Empath myself, I also have to withdraw from reading news or even having discourse about these tenuous and turbulent times. I do Reiki and always put angelic protection around me wherever I am or wherever I go to protect my sensitive energy field from others’ affecting my nervous system. Please try this, even saying the peace prayer helps and asking Archangel Michael to place his blue protective healing cloak around you. 🙏🏻🤞🤗💙😇

I live in a democratic stronghold city in a deep blue state….my voter registration came back as invalid last week….i have re- registered. Do not take your status based on where you live for granted….Check! Vote! Stand up for each other!
