    Maybe I will sound negative but....
    It's wrong to judge a house or a building by its colour only...
    No one is talking about the lack of lifts?
    How exactly you will go up to the last floor with your hands full of super market bags?
    As very correctly a lady said before, the bedrooms are too small.
    At the kitchen can't be 2 people at the same time.
    A dishwasher can't be in the kitchen... We talk luxury right?
    Bathrooms too plain and no glass separation for the shower.
    And the windows coming straight from the last century, like the aluminium or pvc windows are not introduced yet in Kenya.
    Please ladies and gentlemen....
    Demand quality and make your money worth.
    I believe it's time for the big turn and all buildings to be built with Westlands and killimani standards.
    Quality for everyone right now at the right price.

      Wow, that's quite a comment. Very observant and precise. I like the fact that you talked luxury but also let's face the fact that if all the things you say were implemented then the price goes higher. Someone might make a mistake of over development and unfortunately they will never get returns on their investment.
      Also don't compare RUAKA and KILIMANI. Those are 2 different worlds but I appreciate the fact that RUAKA is coming up well.
      That's a fact we all need to appreciate.

      @@priterhomesrealestate let me tell you first that I live in Ruaka a couple of blocks away from that building....
      I pay 35k for 2 bedrooms and it's also a new building.
      The kitchen is double as big comparing with the one we talk about and I have 2 balconies.
      I have the same windows and no lift.... I live at the sixth floor.
      Now you know why lift is a must.
      About the windows.... I hear every morning the matatus calling for passengers at 5 in the morning.... Not to talk about the tons of dust on my mid century glam decor, because literally they way they closing is a joke.
      That's why I'm also moving soon.
      As you see the apartment we interviewed cost 3k more and still is not better than the apartment I already have... I have something to compare it you see.
      Maybe a lift and good windows could justify the price difference but it can't do it now.
      All I'm saying is people can change situations.
      It can't be possible an apartment in Ruaka to cost monthly as an apartment in Rome, Athens, or Barcelona.
      We have to remember that to build there cost at least the double, only by calculating the salary of the builders.
      Not to mention the standards.... Westlands and killimani seem like 44 in comparison with the standards at those cities.
      So something fishy going on in Kenya.
      I hope people will claim what they deserve in life.
      Not to get tricked by cheap tricks like pools and gyms.
      Most important, to make landlords to understand that they have to settle to normal annual earnings and not targeting to build1 building more per year, because of the sky high prices of their rentals.
      I'm sorry for the long reply.
