I agree with Joey! Gez, this might be your most remarkable video that I've seen. I've been to Twin Falls twice, but both times the short 2.4 mile route from Richland Creek Campground, where you have to cross Falling Water Creek and then Richland Creek. We crossed up to our waists! Still it was a blast. I want to do this route next spring which apparently comes down from above and, I think, involves no deep creek crossings?

If you come in from above and go BEHIND Twin Falls, no creek crossings involved at all Dennis.

@@GezRogers marvelous! Can hardly wait for winter or spring to get down there again, via this route. Thank you for all your generous and helpful videos.

Now this is GOLDEN! Your best video in my opinion! Suzanne loved it too! All video is on an iphone8??? Also, how much footage did you have that you didn’t use?

Thanks Joey! Yes, everything from my phone. I probably took a good couple hundred pics and clips on this one, used maybe 40 or so (some trimmed down) and then just delete most of the rest. I keep the best ones of Super Leeds though!

Is there a way to come down this way and come back to the campground with two vehicles? Any advantages

Yes - follow the track that is in the description section for this video that shows coming in from top.
The Hike to an Icy Richland Twin Falls and 6 Others - Coming in from the Top!# waterfallsinarkansas

There’s a downloadable track link you could follow if you’d like. Advantages are the other other falls you’ll see if you choose to.
On the track in the video that shows coming in from top - it was a very icy day when we did this one. We couldn’t safely get down below Twin from the to and then along the creek bed - which is by far the easiest way to the trail that then either leads you to Richland Falls or back out on the trail out.
We bushwhacked from the top of Twin to the trail, along the bluffs and with the creek way down below on our right. That’s not something I’d recommend unless you’ve got a serious desire for a difficult bushwhack experience!
Another way in to Twin is from Sandstone Castle - although I don’t recommend that really. Aside from seeing Sandstone (which you can do as a separate hike anyway) there’s not much else to see till you meet the creeks. Hope this helps!

My fiancé and I are traveling to this area in April. I have been studying your videos for a few weeks now, I really enjoy your content. With that being said, I would love to hike to Richland Falls. You say it’s a hard hike.. my fiancé and I are not experienced hikers but we are 30 years old, very physically fit, and we are from Louisiana so the challenge and wild life doesn’t scare us. Do you think we could handle this hike, or will we get lost and die? Lol😂 thanks in advance.

Hello! I've hike to Richland Falls maybe a dozen times now. The easiest way to hike to it is also the most worthwhile in my opinion - going past to Twin Falls first. The trail to Twin Falls is pretty well established now, its popular enough. Take the "Middle route" to Twin, when you meet the creek in a couple of miles Twin will be upstream to the right. There is a trail above Twin Falls that leads to Richland. Links for maps and tracks to follow are in our video description sections - and side from the few hilly parts going this way (and most likely wet feet) you should be fine if you are in decent health!
