Could you do F40 213s SL4T from the Disaster On The Coastliner its the actual horn but rerecorded on tape and then dubbed over the live sound film. Which was setup with 3 bells forward and 2 bells reversed till fall of 1980 when all bells were forward, I timestamped all the recordings on the LSTV vid in the comments
@@WeenyBeanyHereYeah I absolutely can’t stand the way Chargers sound, it’s bad enough the Raised Letter variant of the K5LA already doesn’t sound great and those Chargers make them sound even worse I don’t know what it is.
@@WeenyBeanyHere It's due to the heated backcaps on these horns, which causes the diaphragms to resonate differently compared to a set of conventional backcaps. All Siemens Chargers and ACS-64s use heated backcaps. You can notice that the 4A and 5 on these RL K5LAs are extremely flat compared to a standard RL K5LA with conventional backcaps.
Sounds alot like the Chargers. How awesome awesome!! Honestly I’m a big fan of the raised letter K5LAs.
The static Doppler sounds mad real

Ooof, this one sounds real sour! My ideal kind of raised letter K5LA has freq. 311, 363, 415, 484, 622
this one kinda sounds off tune
More than a little
Something about the way those chargers send air into the horn makes them sound way more out of tune than usual

Chargers are wack. They're foreign and also unreliable in the cold. Amtrak is becoming less American.
