This has led to double down rating by ICICI securities analyst.. stock has corrected since then . How do we differentiate which strategy is good ..maybe depending on the type of the business.?
The supplier of xpel has developed an alternative to ppf, they have developed a product which mixes with the paint and provides same benefits, they have tied up with 3 OEMs in US including tesla, I was invested in this company since 750 levels but sold it once I came to know that there might be disruption in market of PPF, XPEL itself might be on brink of losing business if that technology plays out, the chances of which have increased because the new technology has been proven to be good and they have on boarded customers as well like top 3 OEMs in US. I had invested in it because of PPF theme but that seems to be fizzling out. Hence sold all holdings, I think other businesses have already been priced in the current price.

Narayana Hrudayalaya is my 2nd top holding which accounts for 10% of my long-term portfolio. I started buying from 700. Should you advise increasing the holding to 15-20% from 10% as I believe it has a reasonable valuation with massive growth potential and honest promoter? I'm thinking of accumulating on the support level or may follow buy on dips strategy. Please suggest.
@@tradingbuddy02 - I just entered the stock I feel valuations are more attractive at 1200. if we see co is able to grow its profits with more 50%. with this speed I could double its EPS in less than 2 years if we consider the 35% growth in profits (Rule of 72/3= 24 CAGR). With this back of mind, I feel P/E which is currently 35 should be half over next 2 years. Stock looks even more attractive. And with clean management deserves the valuation close to Apollo Hospital
