Bro people overestimate political power in hands of politicians. Government employees control everything and they have a multi tier recruitment system which gives zero incentives to learn their jobs or perform. Performance based promotions worked during Genghis Khan and it will work today. Politicians control nothing in reality.

Lived in Vietnam for few months. People may not earn much there. But they work seriously, spend lot of time with friends, family. Literally anywhere I went in Vietnam, I saw people sitting in small chairs , laugh, eat, joke. I think they are happy with what they earn and live life to fullest. However, here young people like dropping for 4-6 yrs to get their ideal job

pretty sure we are fucked, its not even abt gov. its takes centuries in democratic countries to build infrastructure. We are culturaly so fucked (gov. has nothing to do with it), we plainly should not be one country. divide the country and few states will definetly prosper.

    • @billtensus
      @billtensus วันที่ผ่านมา +2

@@harshchouhan6329 that could happen in two scenarios.1. if income disparity becomes too big, then human nature will take its course... 2. if we have income similarity like Western Europe/US then gov wouldn't need richer ones to feed the poorer ones and United States of India can be formed. Which will be independence with united stability

Land should be owned by Listed Companies like Real Estate Investment Trusts [ REITs] and
leased to all, even to the Government, on long leases - perpetual, 99 years, etc.
Then Pension Funds and people can invest in the Land Owning Listed Companies.
Cantonments can be owned by listed companies and
the shares owned by Defense Pension Funds and
    also directly by Ex-Servicemen.
Railway land can be owned by a listed company and

Aw man, we gonna have civil disturbance if you take away land rights. It's literally the only reason most of us even show up to work and try to earn money. The idea is to make certain that your wards in the future have land to live on, or atleast stake claim to. Why would I trust government with the one thing still in control?
I would urge everyone to protect their land so that one fine day if Abjiths opinion comes out as policy, you can defend your land.

    • @Amuse-tj4tp

@@Amuse-tj4tp But it must come with a guarantee that I will get a better land with a better house with all the facilities that Abhijit was mentioning like the socialist Singaporean or chinese system.
If my family gets to live a better life with more first world facilities and better infrastructure then I am ready to give up permanent land rights.
But the thing is indian system is definitely NOT the most trustworthy and efficient system.
For that we need a system of system reforms first by overhauling the current bureaucracy and creating a new one that has accountability of action, specialisation of field etc . Then police' and judicial reform.

In india it's not about money. It's more about " relatives kya kahenge ?" . Because starting from uncle aunt to village kaka mausa everyone has an opinion about you and your work.
I know immediate relatives of mine who earn 2-3 times more money than an doctor or engineer through business but they still don't get as much respect in the relative groups as someone who is a doctor or engineer.
This relative culture is really toxic and in your face.
