Neil, I'm starting an insurance lead generation company, and the CPC of any relevant keywords are over $30. I think there are exceptions to your checklist for the insurance industry. For some keywords, it's more expensive than direct marketing commissions. given we aren't aninsurance brokerage or provider, we literally can't compete. their margins are literally like 10x greater than ours.
Try going after longtail keywords that aren't as expensive. Make sure you're targeting keywords that are relevant to what people would be searching for when looking for your company.
One thing I want to say about you is that you are the best. Keep going and growing. I and following you from last year and since then I have watched almost all of the videos. Thanks again

I wouldn't try and change the pages you have that are currently ranking because they're liking getting your site some good traffic. Instead, focus your other content other keywords you wish to rank for.

I would love some clarification please. During this first initial video you tell us to ready ourselves for in-depth training that you will walk us through that is also actionable. It sounds great. But before I even get to finish the second video, I am told by you to leave the video and go to various links and websites and domain analysers and understand that whole platform and fix all the problems that it suggests and then come back to the video. This happens a few times in the one video. Do you want us to pause the video every time you ask us to check out a domain and then action that task to our best potential then come back to our video we were five minutes through ? Sir, I made an account in uber suggest. My site is also linked with search console and There are 15 pages on my site. I submitted the sitemap earlier through the console and it is showing successfully processed but when I went on to ubersuggest, it is showing that there are only 1 page on my site and 2 critical error one on which is sitemap submission. Sir, does ubersuggest take time to process site data, or is it happening because my site is actually new?

Quick question. if I were an affiliate interested in promoting Neil's SEO training course, why is it worth paying $997 dollars when he posts quality free training videos like this? I don't need to hear from Neal Patel himself, just maybe a seasoned affiliate of his course. What are the greatest benefits of buying the actual training course as opposed to this?
Typically my paid courses include things like one on one calls with me and its a more personalized experience :)

I think these are good for newbies. I'm disliking the Ubersuggest after my first few months. Why? Because what it treats as critical errors are not critical at all. I think I don't need the tool.

Sir, I made an account in uber suggest. My site is also linked with search console and There are 15 pages on my site. I submitted the sitemap earlier through the console and it is showing successfully processed but when I went on to ubersuggest, it is showing that there are only 1 page on my site and 2 critical error one on which is sitemap submission. Sir, does ubersuggest take time to process site data, or is it happening because my site is actually new?
Yes it takes a couple of weeks to process :)

Hi, sir, Thanks a lot, i really got some point to use my site. now i have a confusion. i have an eCommerce website, and some of the products have already long URL. it's already indexed by google. now if i made that products URL shorter, is that impact on google indexing or search result. also is it make trouble with any other option like the backlink i build on that url. TIA
Yes it would impact SEO. I don't recommend changing existing URLs.

Thanks for sharing this Neil. As you said Uber suggests will show the issues at our site. I have checked it and it shows most of my pages don't have a headline. I use WordPress and Elementor. I have sure to put the title on the WordPress title and then turn to Elementor

Is it a good idea to put a list of keywords in google docs or google word so you can pick what keyword might be best for your page.
Either one works just fine :) You can do keyword research using Ubersuggest! See what other people in your field are ranking for.
