CLIP DESCRIPTION:
Cindy (Anna Faris) gets a helpful nudge from the most powerful man in the free world during her fight against the ghastly Tabitha (Marny Eng).
FILM DESCRIPTION:
While star Anna Faris returns for the third film in the Scary Movie series, the power behind the camera has shifted from the Wayans brothers to one of the Zucker brothers. The Zucker in question is David Zucker, and he's brought along his partner in movie-parody crime, Leslie Nielsen. This time around, aim is taken at such horror blockbusters as Signs and The Ring, while films of other genres, including Independence Day, 8 Mile, and The Matrix, are also lampooned. The plot finds Cindy (Faris) trying to help the president (Nielsen) thwart an alien attack while also facing crop circles and a mysterious video tape. In the spirit of the two Matrix sequels, Scary Movie 3 was shot back-to-back with Scary Movie 4. Queen Latifah, Charlie Sheen, and Eddie Griffin also star.

When I was a kid, I saw this scene on the TV and I got really scared that I couldn't even move. Fortunately my father entered the room and switched the channel and told me "i swear if you switch the channel back you are punished". Now, after years I decided to face my younger me fear. When I was 5 I went to my cousins house and they binged a bunch of scary movies they terrorized me. This was one of them and looking back - I can’t stop dying of laughter. Unfortunately, I will never get that week of sleep back.
In my 3rd world asian country, we don't even recognize most of the ghost/killer Scary Movie tried to parody with except The Ring, if we talk about being terrorized/traumatized during our childhood, The Grudge was the show that sorta paranoids us in the dark, our family is the sort of "save electricity" type especially sleeping time, and the switch is fairly theeeeereee to the point that why do we even bother when we can already reach the fridge and use the fridge's light instead.
I often if not always bring a makeshift weapon with me, I still have some weapons to but now to defend my house from home invaders 🤣
