I’ve been feeling not so great, both physically and mentally. Your health journal is so inspiring; I’m starting my own. I love the idea of Sterling Ink N2, but white paper is a no for me 🙃 I got a pocket weekly Moleskine on sale to try out for the rest of the year but I have a feeling it’s going to be too small. But I love this idea all much I’m determined to make something work for me!
Have you looked at a Hobonichi Weeks? It has cream paper and almost the exact same layout as the sterling ink :) I am going to be using a Hobonichi Weeks for my 2025 Health Planner.
@@mydandeliondiaries I have thought about it! I’m wondering if I’d prefer the mega and regular. I really need to decide what all I want to track, how to lay it out, and how big of a planner I’d need 🙃
I need to do this, my therapist wants me to start tracking my moods, triggers, activity etc but I don’t have a solid system. Do you have a set up video on how you set up your week to week and month layouts?
I have a full set up video of how I did this planner in the beginning of the year :) But a week or so ago I shared a plan with me about the different sections. Here is the link to that video th-cam.com/video/92bV5RXbQWE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=DVKvQRNXV8ZQ7eEf I wish you luck with your health journey!
Back when I was running, I didn't do as much strength training so it's understandable. You can try to get back to the gym after the race. It's hard to do it when you'd rather be outside.

I have the vertical version of the N2, amazing! If I didn’t have a choice, I would still enjoy the horizontal because hers are graph on both pages
Yes! I LOVE that there is grid everywhere.

Do you like gyoza or soup dumplings? I started learning Chinese cooking a couple of years ago and it's a lot of fun! Also challenging and delicious!
Yes, I do enjoy gyoza and soup dumplings! That is a great idea!! Thank you!

I didn't think about that! But yes, I really want to get back to it :)
