He begins to feel that if he can't score with her, he will end up dead on a street corner. He becomes desperate and decides to commit the sin of killing other men the girl knows, so there's no chance of him dying, and so he can have the love of his life. Today you usually find yandere deals where "Oh my you're cute time to KILL EVERYONE SO YOU LOVE ME" or "You cheated on me time to GO ON A MURDEROUS RAMPAGE." It's all relatively baseless. I'm glad that a simple vocaloid song can give such a more compelling story.
