Thanks! Front motor mounts are the same and the rear had to be repositioned further towards the front of the truck. Each of two motor mount needs four holes for a total of 8. We drilled 7 since a factory hole was there to cover one of the 8.

A place called Kustom truck harnesses. They sold me a complete kit to do the swap. Came with the harness.
