The Mi 11i is truly the best value for money out of the three, a flagship chipset with camera performance that is not far behind it's bigger siblings, it's the phone I currently own and I enjoying every moment with the phone
If you really want superior camera performance, the ultra wins here for sure. But if your looking for good camera performance and better value. The 11 is the smarter choice. A relative and well done comparison Chris as always! 👏👏✌✌🙂

Judder judder judder...unfortunately still the same disease...it turns out that the GN2 is a really successful sensor unlike the HM2 which completely failed...I think that except for the Ultra and Mi11Pro Xiaomi has not brought anything groundbreaking...we'll see later this year or next year...I'm still missing something like Mi Note 10...Xiaomi has not yet come up with anything similar...otherwise a great review Chris

all three phones are best both specs and camera's, hope updates will fix small bugs like judder or battery drain on stand by 5G and while using camera's too
On Chinese version got the 12.5.4 OTA yesterday. I took a lot of pictures today and i can see a real improvement in camera performance ( zoom stability, exposure, details )
That Mi 11i, being a rebrand of K40 Pro or Pro+, is just total dumpsterfire. They spat complete bullshit about it for so long during the global presentation that I knew it's oriented at those poor people, who need big shiny words, who like to be called professionals\enthusiasts and who still believe in "flagship killing performansu". It's like 50$ cheaper than Mi 11 and worse all around. Kind of like those Redmi Note 10-s vs the base K40... Xiaomi is not just releasing value for money products anymore, they are polluting the market. But who can blame them - now the third global smartphone manufacturer, and the competition within China is quite hard vs BBK.

I do have k40 pro plus (mi11i with more ram rom) and the camera is really bad optimized (seems like they are doing the same that did with poco f2 pro: bad focus and bad night mode). expect that they fix it later as did with poco f2 pro
I have MI 11 ultra with 12.5.4 and not sure why but picture quality is bad... Lots of pictures out of focus and colors are bad compared to Samsung phones. Also Samsung AI is so much better... Gcam doesn't help either

Xiaomi MI 11 Ultra is excellent phone. But 1200 EUR European price is pure evil, considering they are selling exactly same phone for 790 EUR in India in their official store! We in Europe have to stand up to Xiaomi and show them they cannot just raise prices in Europe by 50% for no good reason, simply because they think that's competitive price compared to S21 Ultra and iPhone 12 PRO Max.
@@ocb05 In India VAT is 18%, in Europe 21%. That's 3 percent difference. Plus there's no customs tax on mobile phones in Europe. While 1200 EUR vs 790 EUR is 50% difference. Xiaomi pricing policy is sole thing to blame here.

As each country local headquarters seem to be in charge of their local naming and pricing policy and Xiaomi Europe seems to be making prices based on competition offerings from companies like Samsung and Apple. Totally ignoring 5% net profit promise of Xiaomi. Which is insult to Xiaomi core principals in my oppinion.

I have say Mi 11 is still doing great job and offer best value for money. I am still get great camera shot with the mi 11.

Nice cameras on the Ultra. I could not fault it, maybe 10x zoom but 5x is plenty useful. I just wish the camera package appears on a lower end model

Unfortunately, it doesn't perform as well. They don't offer the same software processing in the Mi 11 pro. Exposure control is much worse

Yes loosing OIS is a big turn off. For a little more I would get the Mi 11.

I have a Xiaomi mi 11. The camera is worse for close shots. It gives a blurred image. I am fed up of it.
