@@youngnurse9994 try a smaller fish, add enough oil, and turn stove to high heat, once the oil is hot then add your fish. Cooking takes patience. Next time you’ll get it right. Have a positive mind set. Good luck love 🥰♥️
I followed your recipe to cook a red snapper and I made your sauce, everything was delicious but the only thing I struggled with also was the fish and the pan, wasn't cooking properly, so I fried it as much as I could but then threw it in the oven, crazy me was asking around if the head is suppose to stay red like that cause I've never seen yours how mine was until now! lol 😂❤

But you definitely look like and temperament, reminds me of some of the few black Egyptian women i met there. I used to go to some of the Sudanese houses to buy some of that strong Sudanese drink; friendly, very dark, down to earth people.
