I always had a penchant for real estate investing just didn't have enough funds to commence. I am now watching videos to help me as I have been able to rack up a fortune from stock and currency trading. Grant has been really helpful in my investing career.
can you share what you mean by a fortune? I am also interested in stock and forex trading but never tried
over $5m in portfolio is a fortune to me, I came up from nothing started out with $10k in 2016, 4 years later I am here and I am not stopping.
I got help with an investor I met at my schools alumni meeting, Mr Keagan Botsford. He worked with an investment adviser at Goldman Sachs who managed his portfolio. I was opportuned to take hold of the opportunity and we have been business associates since then. I wont be where I am today without him, I almost dropped out of college then the turn around came.

I talk about this in Sell Or Be Sold, if you only have one customer, you're gonna resent that one customer. Because your having to kiss the ring all the time. And you're going to resent that. Bullshit it is , there are markets all over the world open stockmarkets that go on different time zones, here in Australia american stocks go into saturday , and its the same all over the world you will find that money on stockmarket never sleeps

How do u get 100 or 150 single family homes by age 29....
If 100k average x100 thats like 10-15 million dollars ...by age 29?
the average was much lower. and used other people's money to build the portfolio. not just my own
Inquiring minds would like to know. Also, knowing what he knows now, would he take that route again or bypass SF and go straight to MF...

Whoever thinks Cardone is the real deal should watch his podcast with The Wolf of Wall-street Jordan Belford. You'll get a clear view of who this guy really is.
I agree, terrible interview. But that's just interview. GC has numbers behind him... Can't doubt his real estate stuff. He's deffinately not the best salesman though...
@@rokcestnik8761 yea he may be a real estate hero, but I have a tough time with someone when they are so unaware of how they come across. The interview wasn't just bad, it was tragic and Cardone didn't even know what was happening. Makes me wonder what else is not as it seems, you know?
