Don't forget that in shows like the untamed they use a lot of makeup, face shaping tape, lighting, angles and post production retouching. so you really can't judge by watching the show, nor he promo shoots where they use most of those tricks as well. I mean, if I can make a 37 year old woman look 15 by only using makeup and the right lighting and hairstyle, they can turn anyone into a teen even without post-production effects, provided that they have similar facial features and body proportions that look like they've stopped developing at a younger age.
