- I was disappointed in the Minister's response to my questions about the implications of the QLD Supreme Court judgement on the COVID 'vaccine' mandates. I expected more clarity and less deflection from the Minister. These decisions were made by the Liberal, Labor and Greens parties, there can be no avoiding the fallout form their actions across the COVID period.
While the ruling was made on the basis of the human rights act in QLD, identical provisions are in place in Victoria and the ACT, suggesting the decision is not just a QLD issue. The government is arrogantly ignoring the reality of the situation and failing to read the room when it comes to this topic.
People have had enough of high-handed, out of touch government. One Nation is calling for the Royal Commission into our COVID response to be announced right now!
Not just unlawful, completely illegal. NO excuses.
No government has the right to do this - and it is enshrined in the Nuremberg findings.

Legal is a reasonable interpretation of Legislation within our legal frameworks.
Lawful is based on the determination of a valid Court and is also know as case or common law and sits above legal as being able to be enforced in an ongoing basis.
They were a direct violation of the Nuremberg Code and Article 6 of the Bioethics and Human Rights Act. The Nuremberg Code was introduced after the n@2ls were defeated to ensure that f@sclsts and totalitarians could never use the medical profession to their own ends again: let that sink in.

Yes, very silent while United Nations Human Rights were breached by both state and federal government, their departments, and big business. Strangely no Judges or lawyers were mandated to get the jab. It can be assumed that those imposing the mandates KNEW it was illegal and didn't want any legal action to question their actions.

@@user-sp4gy7ko5l If the American model is anything to go by, damages awarded by the Vaccine Injury Court (yes, such an institution exists) are paid out from the taxpayers revenue. Billions of dollars have been awarded for vaccine injuries. Ronald Reagan in 1986 signed an act indemnifying big pharma. They cannot be sued for vaccine injury and consequently don't pay a cent in damages. The taxpayer also pays for the development of such vaccines by way of grants etc, big pharma release it to the market, reap the profits without the risks. A license to print money if ever there was one. Big pharma is very corrupt. Likely to remain this way unless something serious changes. As for those who forced the "vaccines" upon us, I agree with what you say.

I had friends who provided all proof recquired by their employer( every four months at that!) ,they were “ let go” towards the end of the debarcle. No reason given, would not even look at a meeting to discuss. By that point they both had been so targeted and gas lit and “shamed” in front of other staff,they moved on. On wards and upwards for them both. Out of the bizarre toxic place ,away from frightened herd.
Apart from all the usual crap that was forced on people,my bug bear was in order to go to work I had to have ,what I refer to as, n@&i letters to show to the po po that were backed up by army ( all very obviously armed)(so at least 4-6 ) that harassed and bullied me on the train most days. Po po dressed like ss, these bully boi’s loved stomping through the ghost town that was Sydney. They also used to come in and harass any customers that were inside our store. LEST WE FORGET!!

My wife and I lost our jobs at Qld health, on the forms we were dismissed for "gross misconduct" for refusing to take the thing.
Have suffered mentally and financially since , but nothing compares to the horror of watching people we know and love becoming sick and in some cases passing.
