Already after his first performance of the song "Beneath Your Beautiful" in The Voice of Poland, I said spontaneously "he sing like an angel!" And adding at the end, as it turned out the prophetic words: "this boy will win this program for sure! " I so much glad I hit the jackpot!❤️👍❤️ I love practically all of his songs, and now I will wholeheartedly cheer him on Eurovision ... Because if the people of all voting countries who listen to him really have any musical taste (and of course, if the entire competition is not arranged), then I sincerely hope bordering on certainty that our phenomenal Krystian with such a sensational track as "River" will take a place at least in the top three ... At least three! ❤️!!!!!GO FOR VICTORY BOY!!!!!❤️
I have the same issue, that transition from the high note to the chorus is a bit random and needs some kind of strong beat and make a impactful moment of it. Even tho, this is gonna be top10 or even top5
The vocals are very strong and very similar to the studio version. I do like the choruses, but the final chorus could perhaps be a bit stronger. The only thing for me that needs a bit of tweaking is the staging. I would prefer darker staging and I would get rid of the band and just keep the guy on those bongo drums. So I am happy to hear that the staging will be changed for Turin. This is definitely a strong contender for a high finishing result in Turin.
@Terry imagine that they had rehearsals on Friday and that was the first time they all saw The Stage! I wouldn’t be surprised if that staging was prepared by random people from TVP. Anyway we will do better !!! We have to because he deserves this as an artist !
oh god, i totally agree with you!! i can't explain that, but there is something lacking in the chorus. especially those after the bridge. i need those chorus to H I T hard,, but i love his voice sm and i'm finally proud that we have some good song on the eurovision.
As they say „a bad workman blames his tools”. The chorus is very catchy and perfectly fine! Don’t tell us that the kitsch from other countries is better than this. The only realistic competitor so far is Italy.
