Chemotherapy Checklist

Tomorrow is my second ABVD Chemotherapy session, as well as my 3rd Rituximab session, which will be administered immediately after.
Having done this once before, I feel more confidant heading into it again, having learned from my first experience.
Here's my checklist of stuff I'm bringing with me tomorrow in order to make the experience as smooth as possible.
