Jeff-
Why didn't you use the centerfielder?
I was told to use the CF for my twin engine setup.
Thanks ave keep up the great work!
Hi Jeff, yep a centerfielder is a good idea for driving two external regulators.

Do you have any videos of you using a centerfielder? Is it needed with a proisocharge? Balmar does a good job using a Ford style plug for the regulator, but there's no answer that I could come up with for the CF. It's a bowl of spaghetti.
Good info thanks
Glad it was helpful!
Hi Jeff, I have a small boat, WorldCat 266SC and on it I have two batteries dedicated to the house bank 750Amp hour lead acid batteries and also I have a pair of 1000 crank batteries that I use to start my outboards ( 2 motors each has its own starting battery) so my question is :
- what can I do to eradicate the voltage drop when switching components on my boat?
Ex. I have two LED deck flood light on and turn anything else ON, say freshwater pump, I see the lights flash for a split second and then is all normal again, seems to me the amperage/voltage draw from it it’s making it “surge” for lack of a better word.
Thanks in advance Jeff
Quite possible you have a weak battery. A water pump on your boat should draw no more the 10 - 15 amps at 12 volts and this size load should not cause your LED lights to flicker.
@@PacificYachtSystems thanks for the quick response
Connecting the sense wire...what if you have a dual output alternator? I am trying t replace an old Balmar ARS2 with a new ARS5 and have a Balmar dual output 90-75 alternator.
Good question David, would definitely ask this question to Balmar as i personally haven't done this setup before, sorry wish i knew. Anyone else can provide info.
