These little indie horror games are seriously some of my favorite games ever and I've largely got you to thank for showcasing them, bawk. They still remain my favorite vods to watch, since not all of them are the kind of game I'd really enjoy playing, but I love seeing the creativity the developers bring forth since they aren't concerned with getting rich from it, but just doing it because they love it.
Isn't Bonesaw577 the dude that got banned from GDQs for making too many Owen Wilson jokes. And then GDQ apologized publicly and Owen had no idea what they were talking about😂😂😂.. Same guy? I'm not heavy into speedrunning but I watch runs from time to time so excuse me for not knowing
@@Infinite08 I thought the name looked familiar. Hisrun was funny and entertaining. Not sure who GDQ organizers think they are to think a celebrity would be paying attention to speedrunning. Just because GDQ is able to raise millions doesn't mean everyone knows who they are. Just means there's a strong community supporting speed running. Orgs raise millions of dollars all the time and I guarantee we haven't heard of 95% of them🤣 and I'm not bashing gdq, just making a point that they aren't as important as they think/thought they were at that time. Cuz not many outside of speedrunning community knows what gdq even is..
@@jont0315 I think their reasoning was to preempt any potential backlash, which makes sense. And while I agree that it was a fun run, the Owen Wilson jokes were more annoying than funny after the first few. It also didn't help that he and his couch were told to stop multiple times and didn't listen to staff.
Steam, search games that have low download counts - but not too low. There’s a bunch on the console stores too but I’ll admit, they’re not as easy to find as they are on Steam.
Can't wait to watch this. A bunch of OST music videos for this game were popping up in my subscriber feed because I'm subscribed to Bonesaw557. Cool dude, hopefully a cool game as well
Honestly I feel the first ending was good enough. I feel like it fit the overall tone the game was going and the second ending feels like it throws out its tone for, what I thought it was going to be originally, for a more jokingly one. Plus main character being a killer of both a woman and her unborn child kinda makes the second ending just brush that off.
Actually I like both. In the second, it’s implied Bryan never left the island or is back to Manny’s at the island which means no matter what he could never escape and erase what he had done
Tyler needs to go back to economics 101. Even Marx's socialism required a trade of something of value to eat. Unlike socialism, under capitalism, you can actually own the means of production. So you can eat without trading. Like, fishing.
Under Capitalism, the means of production are owned by the Upper Class. The rich own the factories, the land, and even parts of the ocean. Since they cannot use these means of production by themselves, they hire the working class, the people who don't own capital or means of production, paying wages for their labor. Since under capitalism the only focus is profit, the Upper Class pay their workers as little as possible for their labor, while also trying to sell their product for the highest price possible to maximize profit. The workers' labor is what makes these products, yet they only get scraps of wealth from their labor from these wages, while the Upper Class owner, who did nothing but own the factory and or the land, gets the majority of the wealth. All the surplus value is stolen wealth from the working people, put directly into the pockets of the Upper Class. Between 55% and 63% of workers in the U.S. live paycheck to paycheck. Through 1979-2019 in the U.S. workers' productivity grew 59.7%, while median hourly wages grew 15.8%, a 43.9% point divergence. Capitalism exploits the workers of their labor's value in order to make the Wealthy richer. Socialism makes the means of production collectively owned by the working class, no boss to siphon the working people's created wealth. If there is a boss, they are democratically elected by the workers themselves, instead of shareholders who also prioritize profit over people. Socialism also pushes for Universal Healthcare, Workers rights, and Equality for all people. So, while it's true it is "possible" to own the means of production under Capitalism, ordinary workers could never acquire the wealth to buy it themselves. They are forever stuck as wage slaves.
Dude knows how to fly a prop engine plane but he decides to work at a fast food joint. That's his problem right there.

I have no clue who that is but that is an amazing reason to get banned from GDQ or anything for that matter.
Wooow

@@tormentor91 maybe but still shouldn't of banned the guy
This game is absolutely amazing. Brilliantly written.
10/10 This really reminds me of some obscure Dreamcast horror game.
Not even joking the writing was pretty good
Now I’m having one of those moments where I don’t know what to do with my life 😂 That was SO good!
"Manny the Maneater" is such a banger song. Had to go save it to my favorites right after watching this. Thanks for the emotional gameplay, Bawk.

In Tyler's defense, they're an NPC. You can't expect NPCs to think properly

You that need economics 101, @invincible buddy If you think workers own means of production - it's like think a streamer owns Twitch
I’m so glad I watched this all the way through. That was an emotional rollercoaster. 😭🥹

Its even looks just like you
