what i would do against a charge if i was bullet, since you know they like to dash, just use your m1's to wound the bull, by the way if you're using your heavies, dont throw them randomly or the charge user is just gonna rollback through them all, read your opponent before you become aggressive, thats what being passive is for for reading your opponent and then once you got them figured out start obliterating them by going aggressive *big brain*

I suggest you randomly m1 with bullet because of the chance u get free counters by luck, really unpredictable against certain opponents like this one who spams m2 heavy punch
