A few ideas to maybe make him work (some of them have already been suggested in the comments)
A) Make his bombs deal damage based on his MAX HP
B) Add "Attacks will Always Crit" or "Attacks will Never Glance" to his passive.
C) Increase his bomb damage based on the number of beneficial effects granted on himself
D)Add ATK buff to the list of random beneficial effects granted on himself
E) Decrease bomb turn by one each time he counter attacks
Actually a cool update would be make him not only hp type bomber, but hp scaling, so a really tanky bomber, would be an interesting take on the bomber

I've been saying that for the jokers. Figaro with SPD scaling, Jojo with def scaling, Liebli with atk scaling, Sian with HP scaling.
That makes him one of op mons.

2:36. I can kinda see the vision, I assume counterattack is there to let him proc his passive without having to move. I have no clue how good it is in practice though.
his S2 should be Bomb and Provoke instead of Stun for the counter to work. Or just a typical wind tank/bomber.
This will end up being my first nat 5* bomber

The bomb could scale with hp and not atk. His buffs doesnt make sense if the enemy is stuned...
3:34 as reference the skill has 2 activations (bomb and stun)
Shazam: 1 activation > Res
Cadiz: 0 activations
Perna: 1 activation > Res
I think com2us was thinking that he was a control unit using bombs as stuns cause on paper he was suppose to stun after putting bombs, on a perfect scenario enemies will be stunned then bombed if enemy vio proc then bomb will go off so another stun.
To fix the passive he should also be given threat beside the counter and shield.
The stum bomb has 3 accuracy/activation checks. 60% bomb activation > 15% res check > (100% stun activation) > 15% res check.
If you add the 40% stun activation it means that it's difficult to be in the scenario where you stun + bomb > bomb stunning, without adding the chance of enemy to Vio proc. Also being on hit adds a glance check against Fire element or passives like Molly, etc.
What I can think is that, if they added a dmg part on the stun, maybe it's a hint to put him on Despair to make the stun a bit more reliable.
maybe on despair, as a stun machine while using the bombs as a turn2 stun with some dmg instead of the opposite? still though...

The problem is that the effects provided by Despair and Seals runes do not count towards the passive

Make his passive that everytime he attack, he install a bomb that detonates for 2 turn, with 50% chance. This way his 2nd skill has 3 chance of putting a bomb. Twice on his first attack and once on the second attack. But he can only put 1 bomb per enemy per turn.
Also, give him shield, immunity, counter attack and threat state. Everytime he counters, he has a chance of putting a bomb.
The biggest thing about this unit isn't just how bad he is, it's that he has SO MUCH wrong that because balance patches are spread out so much, it's going to take forever for him to get any change and when he does, he's only going to get one fix when he needs so much.
1. HP type low Base Attack but bombs scale on attack
2. useless counterattack buff
3. Passive virtually never activates because low activation rates
4. Bomb + Stun isn't that great because bombs already stun on explosion
5. Bomb skill makes contact so it can crit or glance, both of which are bad for bombs
6. Because the Dark one also has the bomb skill, if they buff the Dark one and it becomes op (somehow), any nerf they do to the Dark one will affect this unit too. This is a weird point but it has to be mentioned with the history of Mo long tian lang nerfs etc.

The next time the patch comes they should add in his passive " All bombs in the field do damage proportionate to Max Hp" maybe like counter attack scaling? Idk
I feel like he was supposed to be a control unit thought to be able to basically stun for 2 turns the whole enemy team, but I think they then wanted to increase his damage output but to not have him be too strong so they made him inconsistent, then there is the dark one's passive in play too... I don't know, feels like an unfinished unit that they didn't have the time to choose what to do with, I really hope he gets a buff though cause he's so cool on paper
Im still trial and error with him on rta. Did as support bruiser for mini strip and some cc with bomb stun. His passive counter really help to mini strip as he is one of rare s1 striper like FK years before
His 2nd skill seems similar to the Wind puppeteer’s 2nd skill, except it’s Aoe, but also attacks the enemy, and has a lower activation rate (I think).
They should give him threat as one of the buffs
for now, i use wind gerald as stuner, 1st stun from stun 2nd stun from bomb bonus little dmg from bomb

Honestly I only see him used with Shizuka. He will provide by himself 3 buffs for Shizuka to put on the whole team. Revenge buff is not shared with many units in the game.
I feel like the best way to fix him is to just give all the buffs at the same time not just one, do attack break or stun or bomb, and get shield and will and change the counter attack to attack buff
The counter attack is supposed to jam with the fact that his s1 is juiced compared to other geralts. But his s1 is so mid overall with the %. If they had s1 60% chance to strip his counter attack makes more sense. His overall kit seems like it could be good but not as it is now lol.

I just got Dark Triss earlier today (My First LD Nat 5), heard from you that she was a worst Lushen, is she that bad? 😢😢
She's isn't that bad but her true potential is locked behind ld paywall (she fit wonderfully in a cleave cc with tons of debuffs). Most unit to pair with her are Maximilian and nephtys, hence the paywall. Could try a strip into Rica s3 then her or something in between
I don't think you understand that he's not a traditional bomber meant for 1 shot teams. You can tell from his kit that he's a control unit. He installs a bomb, and if he stuns too, that is 2 turns of cc.
If you use him with seara, it essentially makes his stun useless.
What kind of cc unit rely on abysmal chance to bomb or stun? And the stun from the bomb is another tick of rng 😂
The shield is the quen sign magic in the game in the witcher.

Easy buff - each hit as a 60% chance to land a bomb - solo sex bomb unit yohoho and HP compensates the potentiel big damage if 2 bombs land

I pulled dark geralt, has the bomb skill and his passive actually allows him to reach 100% activation rate on the bomb but it's just fucking useless, he does less bomb damage than ANY 4 star bomber and even in 100 CR 250 CDMG high atk, his non-bomb dmg variant he does like 50k damage on def break and 7 buffs. pathetic
Take all your analysis on wind Geralt and review the dark version. If you’re this disappointed getting a normal element Geralt… imagine if u spent and wasted to get the dark one. Wtf c2us

No champ in a mobile game is worth $100. I can think of so many better things to spend $100 on. Mobile games are out of their minds.
He's the only 5* unit i got from the event....
I would still get him over duped or first Feng Yan because it's a rare chance for the Collab limited time only skin. Also Summoners War will look on the details of your content and make him even more worst, just kiddin. buff him. BTW, I think best combo for him is the FIRE PUPPETEER :)

His bomb needs to be 100%. Even broke ass old 4*s have 100% aoe bomb.
