How do you make sure your camera is safe in a canoe? I want to take mine in a canoe but I really don’t want to drop it in a lake.

Another great video. Are you manual focusing? If so why?

No he is not manual focusing, but these lenses do allow for manual override at anytime and I sometimes use that, but rarely. He just does not practice good long lens technique. Your left hand or non shooting hand should rest on the top of the lens near the front of the lens with some slight downwards pressure.
