Elle, this is such a key point for the wish fulfilled is a close feeling. It’s funny, but I’ve been avoiding that feeling for a while…with friends as well..until just recently. I love recapturing the sensations of some of my close friends who aren’t in my external life anymore…because it makes me feel so good. With men…I don’t think I’ve ever let down my guard because I wasn’t at home with myself…the fear thoughts and shame would get in the way of enjoying the moment (and I’ve been married and had another long term relationship despite all that). It’s exciting because this is all new territory and I can even revise that I have had the closest relations with men and it’s easy to trust. I really enjoyed this video and am excited to feel that as I drift off to sleep tonight.

We kinda stopped talking because she was going through some stuff irl. A few days after, she deactivated her social media. I don't have much attachment to her but I would love to reconnect, and hope she's okay.

Hi Elle, first of all, thanks for your beautiful work. Long story short, I learned about manifestation around 2 years ago, to attract my ex back into my life. But I feel like before a learn about manifestation, the 2 times we broke up, he came back faster. After I learned about it, our relationship got better, but still hot and cold results. Until we had a fight like never before, we broke up again and its been 7 months of no contact. Zero movement in the 3D. Honestly after all this time I feel discouraged, because things never went so bad like this, even tho I was trying to keep my mental diet on check.I know time is an illusion, things can change at any moment, but I even dont have strenght to keep persisting anymore. Why things got so bad like this, even when I was affirming we have a great relationship? If this is part of bridge of incidents or something, would it take that long?
I relate to you so much!, I thought I was having the same issues as I’ve been in no contact for a couple months and zero movement. I think detaching is what is best even though I go through moments where I think it’s ok too visualize positive outcomes with my sp. I don’t think detaching is giving up on our manifestation I think it’s just truly trusting the universe . Law of attraction even though it’s limitless I think it we need to change our beliefs or doubts and it will show up so much faster

Hi Elle thank you for this! I had a question hope you can help me.. So I say there is no such thing as nc.. And he proves me right time and again.. He knows I'm off insta still sends me forwards there in every few days.. And even msgd me on whatsapp once but work related ... I haven't replied to any cause I say he pursues me completely (cause it's happened before where I've melted with just insta forwards and the whole loop was repeated) this time I wanted to work on myself and the core so that it's here to stay.. I'm not messing anything up right by not replying to forwards cause I have my bar set and want him to be the version who completely pursues me now ..cause it's 3d what I do in 3d doesn't matter isn't it?

I want to manifest someone who is already in relationship with someone else.. but then I feel its not fair to ruin someoens relationship but then I also want them.. can you tell me cam I manifest them or not or it is something badd?
no it’s not bad. it will happen in a natural way that the person you are manifesting will no longer want the other relationship. it can happen very peacefully where your sp and the other person can both be happy apart. hope that helped :)
How do we not have an attachment to the end result?
We don't have an attachment to the end result when we know it's going to happen. We just have that deep knowing, therefore we don't have to invest a lot of our energy into it - it's going to happen when it happens. The part of us that is attached to the outcome, is the part that wants to control everything. And it does it because it's scared because "maybe if I let it go, it won't happen" and it keeps looking at the 3D, looking for clues and it gets frustrated because it can't see it, etc. It doesn't understand that things will happen when it happens nor that if you're looking for something, it's because you don't have it (so that's what you manifest: more situations where you don't have it), nor that being attached to some outcome is lack (only this can make me happy/feel loved/feel safe - which means I am not happy, nor loved, nor do I feel safe now) and that our attachment shows our deepest fears (what caused the whole fall down in the first place): fear of being abandoned, fear of losing love, etc - which creates exactly that experience. It's a journey, I know. But it starts with us putting ourselves first and overcoming our own limiting beliefs. 🤗💕
