From what I gather, Hypixel would have ZERO defamation case, as, you have to prove intent here. Meaning, you would have to have KNOWN the things you said were inaccurate and purposefully defamatory. BUT, Hypixel, and other larger Companies and corporations in the US, use civil litigation to bully and intimidate individuals. They will "Bury The Opponent" in legal fees and paperwork, and attempt to drain them of resources. In a case like this though, they would not be able to do this easily, as you live overseas........ So pretty much, from my experience, Hypixel(or Rhune), is simply using very typical Intimidation tactics here to get you to be quiet and reverse course. It would not benefit Hypixel in any way, shape or form to pursue a case like this, as for 1, it would be a complete waste of money and time, and 2. It would make them look terrible, as most of this is probably close to true, and during discovery, Rhune would have to identify herself as an adult, as would possible other staff involved, many of which live overseas too, so Hypixel would have to fund all of this themselves.
