I think you have to keep upgrading kaido’s growth map and keep leveling him up.
*edit: OG Kadio and Onigashima Hybrid Kaido have seperate growth maps.

Wait, so kaido doesn't just get a regular conquers haki burst like everyone else who has it?
He doesn't really use Conquerors Haki like that tbh he mostly uses advanced Conquerors haki with his roar or club or smth

Why can he summon ice? Was that something he could do? I thought he only had the fire from his dragon fruit and lightning from his Haki
