Whenever a new phone releases TENCENT needs to make it able to support some game features based on the phone so it might take a while before 90 fps is available
For 90 fps, you have to wait for the coming update, because 13pro max's settings is not added yet to pubg, once the update comes you will automatically be able to use 90fps
