@@CesarMuroyaI would prefer watching those matches Cesar once you’ve gotten your talented hands on them. Thanks for having the very best snooker channel on TH-cam.👍✌️
Gould unarguably ranks as one of the best potters of the game, yet a weak positional playing is I what have seen to be one of the characteristics of his games throughout his matches.
My daughter asked me why I like Roni. Is it because of the quick shot? I say more than that.Roni has a unique idea of the ball-shaped ball. The ball is delicately controlled and accurate enough. He can be played equally well with both right and left hands.Sometimes after this stroke, there is no need to change posture and the club changes to the other hand. Just fine, 😂 I really enjoyed watching him playing. I want to say thank you to him and hope that he will continue to play more wonderful games for the fans and create more records.
23:35 I guess Gould is wearing nearsighted glasses. one of my colleagues, exactly looking at the bit far objects over his glasses, but he needs them for closer objects
Yeah, good game. Gould is a really good player at times and he should have won at least another two frames here. Like the shot analysis thing...you should more of that as we are not all Ronnie.
6:32 - Pots the blue (frame won already). Cue ball travels two cushions, ending up perfect on the pink. The shot is perfection, even when it no longer mattered in any way. A typical moment for the GOAT.
So glad Hendry mentioned the wrong shot choice by Gould in frame 7. Most players normally would just use the fluke as an excuse for losing. Thats why its so important to review matches and actually understand WHY you lost- else how can learn and progress ?
Ronnie pot a killing fluke in frame 7. and it made the difference besides when he missed the last black he left it safe, so twice he was lucky. Gould played very well and bravely in spite of the run of the table was not in his favor
As an aside: There needs to be a rule change that allows the referee to assess when a player intentionally interferes with a moving object or cue ball on the table as to probable circumstance; i.e., by preventing a ball from going into a pocket, and deflecting it onto the table, his opponent is given the option of playing as if the ball had dropped unimpeded into the pocket, as well as all the other foul options given. In this manner he could have received the penalty points and either: 1. Play ball in hand in the D as if the cue had run off; 2. Played the free ball (as taken); or 3. Passed the shot back to the foul-committing shooter. In some cases, had the cue dropped off, it would be a significant advantage for the player to shoot from the D, and if the free ball were not on, then it most definitely would have constituted an advantage; thusly it would have DIS-advantaged a shooter for the original shooter to interfere with the cue, who then profits from his infraction.
I also see above my glasses, because at closes distance, glasses distorts rather than correcting. I haven't wear snooker glasses but that is my experience after been playing for more than a year.
Really appreciated! Being a "more or less" newbie to snooker, I didn't understand what happened at the left pocket (black ball side). 29.19 He stopped the cue ball with the cue but it was basically like the cue ball has gone into the pocket, then?
By stopping the white from going into the pocket, Ronnie committed a foul. If the white had been allowed to fall it would have been placed in the D for Martin's next shot. However, because of the foul , the white was played from where it stopped after Ronnie touched it. Martin could not see both sides of the red so, he was awarded a free ball.
Actually it was the fluke by Ronnie that cost Martin the 7th frame but, I'm not 100% sure that Ronnie didn't miss the black on purpose because he felt guilty.
Ronnie gives chances away when the opposition is of lesser skill or newer players to the tour. The intentional stopping of the white ball going into the left hand pocket was for Gould’s benefit,Ronnie knew it would result in a free ball.Ronnie can be churlish at times, but he is not without a heart either. He knew that he would still take the match.
The diagrams are up for a long time and besides that are trying to get us to suck eggs. It's obvious which side is incorrect or correct when addressing the cue ball!

9:05 thank you for this breakdown, i wouldnt have noticed any of the technicalities of this shot otherwise
Idk why but that’s so relaxing
Another great match and again more brilliant editing Cesar🏆🏆.

Gould was great as Dr. Perry Cox in Scrubs.
Thanks again Mr C! Superb

9:24 I like that you explained it before the shot

Great edit!! Really appreciate the fact that you don't put info subtitles when player's on the shat to avoid distracting viewer.

72 (cleared as table 9 times in a row, in Germany) age 16 "acquired the name Gould, meaning gold"

Gould is only 35 in this? Man had a tough paper round
crazy shootings the last game!! so good to watch

My glasses bend the vision I see at the sides.Luckily I only need glasses for reading, not for anything else.
Really appreciated!

He did that on purpose to help Martin Gould,he knew what the outcome would be-a free ball for the opposition.
O jogo foi em 2016 e vc posta agora como se fosse atual ............
Ronnie Awesome!
Glad to see Ricky winning he did play better than Ronnie
at 29:19 the G.o.a.t pulls a disgusting stunt no one else would do. Penalty should be give Gould choice of free ball or ball in hand
Im pretty sure I've seen it before that when a player stops the ball going out, it still gets put in the "D". Even Ronnie seemed surprised here
Should have given him the frame
Whatever happens,you stay precise!It's only universe expanding!😅

11:57 he went from 68 to 74 when he potted the black but the referee added 7 for the black and the score went to 75
Amazing the way Ronnie fluked his way to winning the 7th frame
Why do so many snooker players look like characters from James Bond?

This Martin is pretty good. Ronnie played badly… for him 😂
Rarely see players that wear glasses
I just don't like Gould
why...he is a good player...he has hair...
Don't think Ronnie does either body language and disrespectful stunts.
Go Ronnie 👍
