    ओल का चोखा -
    सुरन/ जिमीकंद/ओल - 500 g
    हरी मिर्च - 1-2
    लहसुन की कलियाँ - 7-8
    अदरख - 1छोटा टुकड़ा
    बारीक़ कटी हरी धनिया की पत्तियाँ - 2-3 Tsp
    नमक - स्वादानुसार
    सरसों का तेल - 2 Tsp
    निम्बू - 1
    Elephant foot yam - 500 g
    Green Chilli - 1-2
    Garlic cloves - 7-8
    Ginger - 1 small piece
    Finely chopped green coriander leaves - 2-3 Tsp
    Salt - According to taste
    Mustard Oil - 2 Tsp
    Lemon - 1
