I am truly sorry friend. I understand I was 440 at one time. About 9 years ago. Then I lost 220 lb then after a couple years I went up to 368 lbs then I had my second blood clot in my heart. So in 2001 I found out I had a blood disorder called factor 5. It causes me to produce clots so I have to take blood thinners. 1 in leg 2001 1 in heart 2018 1 in heart 2023 Nov Weight 368 Oct 2024 Weight 230 11 months. 138•11= 12 lbs lost per month. If I can do it at 64 I know you can.

I am a beefy chap 320lbs and find that no one at any of the e-bike makers are willing to let me try out a bike first before i buy. i live in England good luck with all your future adventures and truth be told we both would benefit from losing a few pounds not just for key board warriors but our family's and ourselves stay safe looking forward to future content. you could always produce videos with no talking and turn comments off just to keep your channel active and current god bless from England

@ElectricScooterGuy other than the lawyer guys finally finding who the person who cut me off is and where she lives, nothing yet. But i did do an MRI of the right knee and Arm. The right knee has a tare of some sort which explains why i cant walk up and down a set of stairs easily like before. As for the right arm, im still waiting to get the results of that.
