      Criticism is okay but we are basically at a point where no amount of criticism will save a player as lost a trae Turner. Mine as well see if being positive toward him helps ground him to take the steps needed toward being comfortable here & be the player we all expected. Def can’t hurt at this point & I’ve been insanely critical of the man but why should I continue to kick him while he’s down is the point we are at.
      Anyone telling him he suck’s is basically just kicking him while he’s down, he knows he has been terrible so why keep reminding him, that won’t solve anything either.

I would hate to be a teammate of Rickies going through a tough time. So did these guy's also hate the fans for giving Bohm a standing ovation that got him going and worked hard a got a ton better and gave him confidence moving forward.

      @@donh5856booing literally doesn’t solve anything either, it’s basically the sound of a coping mechanism. I do think the way the 76ers went out they def deserve it. Trea turner’s mind is going to mentally break if he gets more and more hate. He has held on with all this booing for over 100 games and a bunch of players can’t hold on for that long. Give him the standing ovation. Give him what it feels like for fans to be cheering for him again. Will it work in any way? Maybe. If your going to the game just try it out and see what happens.

    Constantly reminding a player they suck is also not healthy to anyone involved relating to the psychological aspect of fan & player interaction. Criticism is okay but I feel it’s hit a point where being critical of trae is basically useless to helping him try to feel comfortable getting back to his best self.
    I don’t believe any amount of criticism will help a man this lost, mine as well just have his back at this point & hope the positivity helps ground him to take those steps back toward being what we all expected.

      @B_Lo95 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ChrisDrums69 I mean I was okay with his first AB, the ovation everytime he was up was arguably a bit much. Sum ppl r so obsessed with this tough guy image, supporting someone while they struggle shouldn’t be such a trigger. There comes a day when you realize this entire hard ass persona has a fine line to it.
      Yeah there are times where it has a benefit & there is time where it doesn’t. You’re not a real man if you don’t understand when & where to apply it instead of being a “hard ass” 24:7. Troy ain't doing this on purpose. He is trying to be at his best but is in a big-time slump. Why all the booing??? You only boo players when they are not giving it their all, or are missing practice, or arguing with other players and coaches, or doing things in their personal life that cause trouble for the team! Troy is doing none of those things. Booing him can only make it worse. Cheer him on and let him work through it!

    When I'm there or at home when I'm watching an EAGLES or Sixers game for good and bad events during the games I yell.. To the point that Mondays and Tuesdays during Eagles season my voice is at a 3 -4 out 10 in functionality every Monday and sometimes Tuesday.
    First, I BARELY recognize this Tre person's name. More on that momentarily. Is the debate here about the equivalent of Jalen Hurts going 0-8 to start the season with a 13 TD to 29 INT ratio and in the 1st quarter of game 9 he throws 1 or 2, 20 - 40 yrd passes does he deserve or receive a STANDING OVATION? Is the question here even remotely close to this? If so, if we're referring to a STANDING OVATION specifically, the answer is.....
    HELL NO!
    With those kinda results after the contract he received over the summer, he'd be lucky not to be struck by a foreign object by one or many of our more passionate/crazy fandom well b4 game 9.
    Now, outside Phillies playoffs and world series participation, I'd prefer taking some ACTUAL sedatives than what MLB IS AND HAS BEEN FOR AT LEAST 30 YEARS, compared to the NFL AND NBA than putting additional hours towards the inevitable replacement of the ULTRA AWESOME in size & clarity 📺 PRETTY MUCH all of us have at this point. Second, I'd rather use the 💲💲💲 I'd have to spend for an 8 out of 10ish quality live seat at a Phillies regular season game, on NEARLY anything else for the same aforementioned sedative LIKE EFFECTS.
    Finally, if this Trea person is what we know Leader 1 ( Jalen Hurts ) is at this point, anything more then simple normal SEATED APPLAUSE and/or cheering should sicken him were it to occur.
    And...
    That's
    THAT!
