He's frustrating to play against ("just react to teleport" is not easy), but he's very interesting to use. On other characters you're mostly safe memorizing your optimal combos and assuming the skills will be off cooldown, but with him it's important to have several back-up options ready at all times based on which mix of skills you have available.
