As per me we don't face any kind of issues in the building..about water crisis yes some particular wings face some issues others didn't and we didn't face any problem in our one year of stay..
At the time of buying Lodha has taken maintainance for 3 years..after society formation maintainance will be different.Our society formation has not yet happened.
Mere cluster me to Aaj Tak Pani k koi problem nahi hua hai..sirf ek do cluster me suru se problem hai aisa suna hai..baki me nahi hain isliye itne log rahete hai.
We shifted in Wing -6 the new balcony flat ..we don't face any water problem..we get water 24/7..some wing like 26 face some water cuts...not heard from any other wings..

No not everybody comes out ..mostly in the weekend a little more people you will see but then also so many pools are their so its accessible.
