How can sale of 22M allow us to sign players worth 60-70M? We are not even in the 1:1 ratio as of now. Instead, if we are saving 22M, then we can only use a % of it to sign players or to give wages to players as we are not in the 1:1. And even if we were in the 1:1, then also we can’t spend 60-70M because we sold/saved 22M.
This is my understanding though. You can correct me if am wrong.

Also 22m generated on wagebill means you can register 22m of cost, and transfer fee cost is ammortized by max 5 years - so if Nico is bought for 60m it will be ammortized i.e. will be divided by 5 that is 12m.
So 12m + his salary (10m/year) = 22m of cost on books.
