C2 Xilonen is one of the greatest constellations of the entire game and when paired with Raiden it's almost a game changer for her CD. It's also very nice that her C1 does wonders for characters like Neuvilette C0 and Yoimiya that need a shield or Dehya for their low resistance to interruption.
